COOKIES-yum

okay- here is my snickerdoodle cookies recipe.

1 cup butter

1 1/2 cup of sugar

2 eggs
2 3/4 cups of flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoons of cream of tartar

1/4 teaspoon salt

may require more flour than called for-- i add small amounts until the dough is not such a sticky consistency.

cream the butter-sugar-eggs together until mixed well- add in remaining ingredients.

roll into balls- roll balls into a cinnamon and sugar mixture-

bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes

so yummy!!!!
